The August Turak Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth through the principles of service and selflessness. In 2023, to honor our esteemed founder and reflect our continued commitment, the Board of Directors decided to rename our organization to the August Turak Foundation as we approach our twenty-fifth year of service.
No part of the Foundation's net earnings will benefit private shareholders or individuals. The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and will not engage in activities that primarily serve private interests. We do not participate in or attempt to influence legislation, nor do we engage in political campaigns or support candidates for public office.
The August Turak Foundation is committed to transparency and accountability. We provide detailed financial reports and tax filings to ensure compliance with IRS regulations and to inform the public about our financial stewardship. We respect the privacy of our donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries. Personal information collected by the Foundation is used solely for the purposes of our mission and is protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
